Purpose
MLSBLAST respects the ownership and licensing rights of Multiple Listing Services (MLS), brokers, and listing agents. This page outlines how listing data may be used within the MLSBLAST platform and how proper attribution is maintained.
MLS Data Sources
Listing information displayed within MLSBLAST may originate from:
- Authorized MLS data feeds provided under a valid agreement
- Listing information supplied directly by the listing agent or brokerage
MLSBLAST only uses MLS data where a valid license or data access agreement exists.
Broker Attribution
Where required by the applicable MLS rules, listings displayed or referenced within MLSBLAST include appropriate brokerage attribution.

Broker attribution is displayed in a clear and reasonably prominent location when listing information is shown.
MLS Copyright Notices
When MLS listing data is displayed, MLSBLAST includes the applicable MLS copyright and disclaimer language required by the data provider.

Data Accuracy
MLSBLAST relies on listing information provided by MLS data feeds or by listing agents. While efforts are made to ensure information is current, MLSBLAST does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing data.
Users should verify listing information directly with the listing agent or brokerage.
Compliance With MLS Rules
MLSBLAST is committed to operating in accordance with MLS rules and policies governing the display and use of MLS data.
If an MLS organization requires modifications to ensure compliance with its specific rules, MLSBLAST will cooperate to implement the necessary adjustments.
Removal or Correction Requests
MLS organizations, brokers, or listing agents may request correction or removal of listing information that appears within MLSBLAST.
Requests may be submitted to mls@mlsblast.com. MLSBLAST will promptly review and address such requests where appropriate.
