MLSBLAST is a technology platform designed to help licensed real estate professionals promote their own property listings to other real estate professionals. The system provides tools that allow agents to generate marketing materials and agent-to-agent communications using listing information they are authorized to promote.

MLSBLAST operates strictly as a technology provider and does not independently market MLS listings or distribute MLS data to the public.

All marketing campaigns created through MLSBLAST are initiated and controlled by the listing agent or their brokerage.

MLSBLAST does not independently send communications or initiate contact with MLS members. The platform simply provides tools that agents use to promote their listings to other real estate professionals.

Listing information displayed within MLSBLAST is sourced from authorized MLS data feeds where available, or from listing information provided directly by the listing agent.

MLSBLAST uses listing data solely to populate marketing materials and promotional communications created by the agent.

MLSBLAST ensures that appropriate brokerage attribution is displayed for listings where required by applicable MLS rules.

Where MLS data is displayed, the appropriate MLS copyright and disclaimer language is included in accordance with MLS display requirements.

MLSBLAST operates under the control of licensed real estate professionals and their brokerages. Agents may only promote listings they are authorized to market in accordance with their brokerage policies and MLS rules.

MLSBLAST works cooperatively with MLS organizations to ensure the platform operates within applicable MLS rules and licensing requirements.
