MLSBLAST respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the MLSBLAST platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), MLSBLAST has adopted the following policy for reporting alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through the MLSBLAST website or platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to the designated agent listed below.
Your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to allow MLSBLAST to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

MLSBLAST has designated this agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement in accordance with the DMCA.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, MLSBLAST will:
- Promptly review the complaint.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate.
- Notify the user who submitted the content.
If the alleged infringement involves MLS listing information or data sourced from an MLS organization, MLSBLAST may also notify the relevant MLS provider as required by applicable agreements.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, MLSBLAST may restore the removed content in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
MLSBLAST may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
